What’s new

• Schedule automatic updates with a configurable interval and settling delay.
• Configure package-manager commands in Settings and see which commands MacUp runs.
• Follow updates and command output in the History pane as work happens.
• Update rustup itself with its dedicated self-update command.

Fixes

• Prevent automatic updates from starting inside a manual batch and updating packages twice.
• Open the correct Homebrew failure details, including formulae and casks with the same name.
• Show scan failures and offline notices even when the update list is empty.
• Remove the unused “Update everything” command setting; Update All uses the package update command for eligible packages.

Requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later. The app supports Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

Download MacUp.dmg, use MacUp’s built-in updater, or upgrade the Homebrew cask.
