AimSeg v1.0.0 is now available!

This update provides an expanded version of the software associated with the AimSeg pre-print. The main changes implemented in this version are as follows:

  1. Enhanced functionality in the main window, allowing for more parameter adjustments.
  2. Improved pre-processing script that exports 32-bit images within a normalized 0 to 1 range, if the normalization option is selected.
  3. Added capability in the pre-processing script to enable image resizing.
  4. Optimized workflow to effectively process images with a pixel size close to 0.008 x 0.008 μm (specifically for the central nervous system).
  5. Introduction of new scripts to export instance and semantic masks.
  6. Integration of new functions for user-editing, accessible through shortcut commands.
  7. Enriched results table now includes additional myelin-related metrics.

These updates enhance the functionality and usability of AimSeg, providing users with more control and an expanded set of features for their image analysis tasks.
