AimSeg v1.0.2

This update represents a patch aimed at resolving issues with the HDF5 importer, enhancing pre-processing usability, and implementing several minor improvements. The primary changes in this version are detailed as follows:

  1. The importImage function has been updated, given the deprecation of the Hdf5DataSetReader class. Instead, the function now employs a new importHDF5Image method using the ilastik4ij Hdf5 class.
  2. The isUpdateSiteActive method is used to confirm the status of the IJPB-plugins update site. If the site is not active, the run is interrupted to ensure seamless operation.
  3. Script parameters have been adjusted to preempt errors arising from incompatible inputs, thereby improving overall functionality.
