This update includes a patch version that addresses a bug triggered when one or more ROIs from the "RoiOut" set are missing, resulting in incorrect slicing in the results table. The new patch allows users to exclude an OUT ROI if the IN ROI was inadvertently added during stage 1. In such cases, the row values are filled with zeros and NaN values.

The primary changes in this version are detailed as follows:

  1. The roiEdges method now utilizes mapOut instead of roiOut, ensuring that the map contains keys for all ROIs saved during stage 1 (IN set).
  2. Additionally, axon measurements are replaced with zeros when there is no OUT ROI, ensuring consistency in the results table.
