  • Friendlier to dumb bundlers which think mshould has hard dependency on node.js internals
  • Improve edge cases in formatting

Rename opts:

  • STOP_AT_ERROR => STOP_ON_ERROR
  • MSHOULD_QUIET => QUIET (env var stays the same)
  • New FAST opt mirroring MSHOULD_FAST
