• Unified test harness — new llmlang test subcommand: discovers collocated test functions tagged M "test", strips them from production builds, and executes each in an isolated sandboxed process with trap-wrapped panic capture, TAI64 tns timing, TEST_DATA_DIR injection (--test-data-dir, default ./tests/data), --format text|json, and POSIX exit codes.
• MCP diagnostics — new run_symbol_tests tool in llm-mcp returns structured JSON mapping test failures to the target symbol's AST fingerprint.
• Compiler — new E019 diagnostic: M "test" metadata must target a function definition.
• Runtime — panic messages are now recoverable inside trap (^) fallbacks via env "LLM_PANIC_MSG".
