SMS3 v0.4.4
SMS3 v0.4.4
This release makes dense reference and data-entry interfaces easier to read and keeps tool settings separate from technical limit disclosures.
- Refine both IUPAC reference tables so their columns fit the content cleanly without unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
- Add a consistent Table preview and Edit text workflow to the remaining tools with tabular inputs.
- Preserve specialized multi-input and conditional behaviors, including Table Join and Random Rows/Lines.
- Move editable values out of Limits panels and into clearly named settings groups across the tool catalog.
- Keep genuinely informational limits as read-only guidance and preserve conditional settings for reverse-translation plots, exact genome comparison, reference-based guide design, and plate layouts.
- Expand automated coverage for table-input modes, responsive reference tables, limit classification, conditional visibility, and reset behavior.
