MiniCam 0.2.0 is the stable release of the archive acceleration and diagnostics
features tested in v0.2.0-beta.1. It also introduces a dedicated MiniCam app
icon.

What's new

• Archive playback speeds 1×, 2×, and 4× are available from the player
  toolbar.
• Accelerated playback requests the matching RTSP Scale directly from the
  camera on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
• A local RTSP bridge normalizes accelerated RTP timestamps and allows VLC to
  discard late frames, preventing accumulated video delay.

MiniCam 0.1.1

MiniCam 0.1.1 is a maintenance release that keeps the motion-events panel in sync with recordings available in the camera archive.

Fixed

• Expired motion-event cards are checked against the camera archive every minute.
• A card and its thumbnail are removed only after a successful archive response confirms that no recording covers the event time.
• Events are retained when the camera is disconnected or an archive request fails, preventing accidental local data loss.
• The visible event list updates immediately after confirmed cleanup.

Apple Silicon archive playback

Archive playback on Apple Silicon now uses RTSP over TCP. Its frame policy
prevents reverse image jumps and reduced late-frame freezes in the verified
camera run. Live playback is unchanged.

Intel Macs keep the legacy archive playback path. The Universal build launches
under Rosetta, but archive freezes and jumps seen there may also occur on Intel;
a physical Intel Mac remains the authoritative compatibility test.
