Download the signed and notarized ZIP or DMG below. Both support Apple silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 14 or later. Replace the app in Applications, open it, then choose Set as Default Browser… from its menu bar menu. Reopen System Settings if its browser list was already open.

Download Pickosaurus-0.1.0.zip, extract it, and move Pickosaurus.app to Applications. The ZIP contains the Developer ID-signed and notarized app.
Launch Pickosaurus and choose Set as Default Browser… from its menu bar menu. Configure destinations and shortcuts in Settings.
