Pickosaurus 0.2.1 fixes startup for the Sparkle-enabled release.

  • Restores the executable runtime search path required to load the embedded Sparkle framework.
  • Adds build and release checks for embedded-framework loading.
  • Verifies startup using the exact signed app and a freshly extracted release ZIP.

The ZIP and DMG are signed with Developer ID, notarized by Apple, and support Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
