**Fixed**
- Remote VPS hosting could never find Java on the VM (Linux detection was using
  Windows-only lookups), so starting a server always failed with "javaw.exe:
  No such file or directory"
- Starting a local server now downloads a Java runtime automatically when
  none fits, matching what Play already does
- A pruned/unavailable Fabric or Quilt loader version now fails with a clear
  message instead of an opaque parse error
