What's Changed

New

  • Music on a USB drive plugged into your Umbrel now shows up when you choose
    your music folder.

Improvements

  • Songs from Jellyfin and Subsonic libraries start playing sooner.
  • If the person running a library switches where their music comes from, the
    app now tells you and reloads on its own. Before, it showed an error screen
    and needed a full restart.

Fixes

  • Fixed a crash that could stop your music. Having the library dashboard open
    while a song played could shut the server down partway through the track.
  • Installing or updating PearTune on an Umbrel no longer fails partway.
  • The update prompt no longer offers an update that would leave you exactly
    where you started. If a new version has no build for your computer, it now
    says so plainly instead of appearing to update and changing nothing.
