Public pool plumbing. No consensus change.

  • Independent work for every Stratum worker.
  • Exact block reward and fee metadata in block templates.
  • Canonical block and maturity status for pool accounting.
  • Idempotent multi-recipient payouts persisted before relay and kept alive through restarts and reorganizations.

Same mainnet. Same genesis. Existing nodes remain compatible. Public pool operators need QDAY v0.8.1 or newer.
