Serial Platform Drivers

The serial platform drivers which are linked to the TSerialChipEinstein NewtonOS side class are TSerialHostPortDirect and TSerialHostPortPTY. They are called by the NewtonOS via TNativePrimitives as follows:
- The TSerialChipEinstein class is instantiated as part of a Newton-side application
- The TNativePrimitives class intercepts calls to process options for the instantiated class. Part of the options define the type of the driver, e.g. a direct file based driver, or the PTY driver, based on this, the host side driver class is instantiated
- Driver specific calls such as PutByte or GetByte are also intercepted by TNativePrimitives, and forwarded to the instance of the class instantiated in the previous step
This integration is similar to most Einstein platform drivers.
