Templates from Fandom

Fandom's terms of use forbid "any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means" without written permission, so fetch_template.py never fetches from Fandom. A template there can still be copied by hand, if the wiki's licence allows it:
- Check the wiki's licence: it shows on the wiki's edit page and in its footer. Fandom wikis use CC BY-SA 3.0 unless they say otherwise. Some use a NonCommercial or NoDerivs licence; templates from those can't be used here.
- Copy the template's text from its edit page, without its documentation and categories.
- Start the file with the header, linking the Fandom page and its history, and add an Original licence line. CC BY-SA 3.0 lets an adaptation be shared under a later version, so the template is shared here under CC BY-SA 4.0 like the others.

Such templates aren't in the record, so --check-updates doesn't cover them. compare_template.py renders their examples on the board only.
