Deprecated. Use cli-modelbuilder.
devkit proxytype reads the legacy proxytypes JSON section, converts it to a modelbuilder profile, and runs the ModelBuilder task.
devkit proxytype --conn "..." --json "DynamicsCrm.DevKit.Cli.json" --profile "DEFAULT"
