Fixed

  • The extension loads again. 3.2.0 through 3.2.5 failed to start: a module the sidebar needs at runtime was left out of the published package, so activation threw before a single command was registered — every Grok: command answered "command not found" and the sidebar never appeared. Update from any 3.2.x; the downgrade to 3.1.0 is no longer needed. Grok Build Desktop was never affected. Found and diagnosed in #101.
  • Packaging refuses to build a package that cannot load. Every require in the packed code is now resolved against the files actually being shipped, so a missing module fails the build instead of reaching a marketplace.

The .vsix below installs immediately. Marketplace and Open VSX follow within about 5–10 minutes.

Desktop installers are unchanged — use the ones on v3.2.5, or afkpilot.com/desktop, which always serves the current build.
