v0.10.0
Minor release: an agent can now see Volt's board, not just its schematic.
circuit_get_pcb_layout places and routes the current circuit and returns what actually came out: completion, the unrouted connections with the reason each one failed, placement, nets, violations. Pads and traces are opt-in because they are bulky — includePads is the one that answers "which pad is pin 1 actually on".
circuit_get_pcb_preview renders the board as a PNG from either face. Which face matters: a single-sided board is milled copper-up and assembled from the other side, so the two views are mirror images and the wrong one will happily look correct.
The bundled Volt docs gain a gotcha saying that trace width, clearance and a longer routing budget do not rescue a net that has to cross another one — only a jumper or a different pin does.
