Installer correction

  • The license agreement page now embeds the complete GPL-3.0 text generated from this repository's LICENSE file. The incorrect placeholder text has been removed.
  • The PCB icon is included in the MSI metadata, Windows Installed Apps, and the installer pages.
  • When an earlier Gerber Panelizer installation is detected, Setup clearly offers to replace it. Windows Installer removes the earlier version transactionally before it installs this release.

Both files are unsigned. Windows SmartScreen may show a warning; download only from this release and verify its SHA-256 value before running it.
