Branded installer and GPL formatting correction

Use GerberPanelizer-0.1.8-win-x64-setup.exe for the normal installation experience. It is a branded setup executable with the Gerber Panelizer PCB icon in the file and Windows Installed Apps. It contains the MSI installer.

  • The GPL-3.0 license now renders as real paragraphs; the literal \par markup is gone.
  • The stretched low-resolution icon was removed from the MSI shortcut-options page, so it cannot overlap the text.
  • The MSI remains available for managed deployment, while the portable EXE remains available without installation.

All files are unsigned. Windows SmartScreen may show a warning; download only from this release and verify its SHA-256 value before running it.
