Gerber Panelizer 0.2.1
- Imported boards are displayed immediately in a labelled staging area beside the machine work area.
- Boards can be dragged manually into, within, or back out of the panel; Panelize remains available for automatic arrangement.
- Boards that do not fit remain visible in the staging area. Export and printing include only complete boards inside the work area and stop when a board crosses its boundary.
- The application checks GitHub Releases after startup and offers the download page when a newer version is available. The manual update-check button remains available.
- Installer upgrades remove the managed current or legacy desktop shortcut before creating the selected shortcut again.
- Warnings, handled errors, background-task failures, and fatal exceptions are recorded with stack traces in a rotating
gerber-panelizer.log. The log is stored beside the executable when that directory is writable, otherwise under%LOCALAPPDATA%\GerberPanelizer\logs.
The Windows builds are currently unsigned and may trigger Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. Download them only from this repository, verify the published SHA-256 checksums, and inspect CNC output before machining.
