Release Notes:

1. Build Configuration Update:
   Updated IntelliJ Platform target version from "2023.1.5" to "LATEST-EAP-SNAPSHOT".
   Removed the upper limit for compatible IntelliJ versions by setting untilBuild to an empty string.

Add file exclusion, notifications, and enhancements to PasterPlugin

.gitignore:

• Excluded files starting with an underscore (_.) to ignore unnecessary files.

plugin.xml:

• Updated description to use CDATA for better HTML formatting.
• Added dependencies: com.intellij.modules.lang.
• Added notification group for displaying notifications.
• Enhanced action definition with keyboard shortcuts and updated action description.

PasterPlugin.kt:

• Implemented user notification after copying files to clipboard.
• Added function to count total files including those in directories.
• Display total file count in notification for better user feedback.

These changes improve file handling, enhance user experience with notifications, and ensure better compatibility with IntelliJ IDEA modules.
