Release Notes:

  1. Build Configuration Update:
    Updated IntelliJ Platform target version from "2023.1.5" to "LATEST-EAP-SNAPSHOT".
    Removed the upper limit for compatible IntelliJ versions by setting untilBuild to an empty string.
  2. PasterPlugin Enhancements:
    Added support for background thread action updates by implementing the getActionUpdateThread() method.
    The plugin now uses ActionUpdateThread.BGT for improved performance and responsiveness.
  3. Code Formatting:
    Minor code formatting improvements in the PasterPlugin class.
  4. XML Output Format and File Processing Enhancements:
    Updated format version to 1.2 (using CODE versioning).
    Included full file paths in XML output for better context and traceability.
    Added line numbers to file content for easier reference and navigation.
    Improved error handling for file reading to enhance reliability.

These changes aim to improve compatibility with the latest IntelliJ IDEA versions, enhance the plugin's performance by utilizing background threads for action updates, and provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly XML output format.
