Adds a
keyvalueoutput format, reading a name and a value to a line, so a manager like pacstall can be asked about one package. A manifest can also name anything else it reports, labelled as it asked, which aeris shows without knowing what any of it means.Also fixes selection treating two managers' packages with the same name as one, and drops
pkg_id, which soar no longer uses.Stacked on #33.
