Support live runtime logs

Are we evaluating keeping a limit on the amount of logs to be rendered (as here), so that we only show the most recent ones?
Considering we can easily reach billions of logs to be rendered on the front end, we should carefully evaluate the implication of rendering a lot of DOM elements. Just to say, this update doesn't only require a change on how backend<>frontend communicates, but also an update in how we could handle logs without such limit

If I run autocannon vs some runtime instances, we can have a ton of logs to render live...

you should just ask watt for the logs and not keep them in memory. It already store them on disk and can be used to stream them up.
