e40d47c

Added

  • Added qsharp_library targets for building Q# libraries through the Q# SDK.
  • Generated Q# library projects now target .NET 6 with Microsoft Quantum SDK 0.27.

Releases marked as x.x.x-dev are stable nightly builds that have been tested and confirmed to work. They may include ongoing changes, but do not contain major changes that warrant a new stable release.
