Ploid Desktop 0.0.42

Fixes a failure that could interrupt tasks such as installing the Codex CLI.

• Keep the same chat turn running while Ploid recovers from a full context.
• Keep internal handoff summaries out of replies and chat history.
• Find user-installed Codex in ~/.local/bin or ~/.local/npm/bin without editing shell startup files.
• Avoid incorrect warnings about attachments during recovery.

The API now accepts larger, bounded conversation requests containing tool schemas and command output.

For Apple Silicon Macs. Signed and notarized, with automatic-update support.
