此版本新增文献库规整接口，并保留原有证据研究与深度精读流程。

• 新增分页标签盘点、条目组织状态、标签与集合变更预览、建集合预览、结构化元数据导入预览和计划提交，共 6 个原生 MCP 接口。
• 所有变更按明确的文库和条目键定位。预览不写入；提交时复核原状态，并返回回执。✅精读完成 仍由 Depth QC 流程管理。
• 网页 ChatGPT bridge 的契约更新为 v2，向精简和完整视图暴露新接口。
• 文献库规整说明列出范围和操作顺序。

验证：152 项自动测试通过；既有 Zotero 配置中原生 MCP 返回 73 个工具，ChatGPT bridge 的精简和完整视图分别返回 41 与 86 个工具；文库盘点、条目读取及无变更预览完成只读实测。尚未在真实文库提交写入计划，也未在网页 ChatGPT 新会话执行工具调用。

ZotQuery 3.1.25 — 深度精读与审计修复

ZotQuery 3.1.25

此版本在 3.1.24 的精读批处理基础上新增独立的 strawberry-vnext-depth Generation Profile。既有 content/profiles/notes/strawberry-vnext.json 继续负责笔记解析，未改动。

• 原始研究、综述和设计说明采用独立生成分支。原始研究要求 PDF 全文分页记录到 nextOffset=null，并覆盖关键 Evidence Units、核心 Figure、必要 panel、因果检验判定与证据边界。
• zotquery_upsert_child_note 先执行 Depth QC；失败返回 DEPTH_QC_FAIL 和原因，不写托管笔记，也不加 ✅精读完成。通过后在同一事务保存笔记及完成标签。
• 批次状态显示 Generation Profile、Depth QC 结果及旧版未核验记录。已有用户笔记不会被自动重写。
• 篇幅低于软阈值只报警，复杂机制论文无硬长度上限。QC 检查结构和提交的阅读记录，不独立验证科学判断。

本次发布还合并了 Depth QC 接口修复、图片会话与普通标签修复、工具契约规整和端到端审计修复。

验证：148 项自动测试、回归测试、隐私扫描和包完整性检查通过；既有 Zotero 配置中完成了输出配置、语义覆盖率、长问题笔记比较、PDF 页面预览及 MCP 只读实测。尚未对真实条目执行写入型接口验收。

从公开版 3.1.8 升级，保留同一扩展 ID、用户设置及本地研究数据。

• 研究台增加持久化研究历史、续跑与经确认的单条删除；回答默认渲染 Markdown，证据台账继续保留可跳转的原文定位。
• 可选择允许模型查看 PDF 页面或局部图像；视觉观察单独记录页码与区域，不自动冒充文本型 DIRECT 事实。
• 改进 API 模型响应解析、自动输出预算与上下文恢复；不把截断或空响应保存为完整答案。
• Survey 笔记到原 PDF 的提升导航默认每页 50 篇，并优先提示尚未登记事实的已审阅 PDF 位置，减少无效轮次。
• 修复研究历史中“打开 / 续跑”和“删除”按钮重叠，以及设置页按钮文字偏下；窄窗口操作按钮移至条目下方。

安装：下载本页 ZotQuery-3.1.17.xpi，在 Zotero 10 插件管理器中从文件安装。附件同时提供源码 ZIP 和 SHA-256 校验表。发行包不包含个人模板、文献、数据库、API 凭据或运行日志；README 保持不变。

验证：115 项离线测试通过，XPI 与源码逐文件核对、隐私扫描通过。宽窄布局已预览；3.1.17 尚未完成 Zotero 原生窗口和付费 API 的安装后复测。一次 3.1.16 实际 API 研究已保存模型回答，但图读推断仍不会自动闭合要求文本直接证据的精确事实槽。

内置 API 研究与 Markdown 阅读

• 单列研究工作台与独立工具栏入口。输入问题后点击“大模型回答”，自动建立研究证据会话，使用已有 PDF/笔记索引召回证据，再让模型通过内置 MCP 等价工具阅读、审阅、核验并撰写回答；无需手动先建会话，不会每次重建全库索引。
• 输出模型支持 Ollama、DeepSeek、OpenAI、Anthropic、Gemini、通义千问和第三方 OpenAI 兼容接口。API 地址、模型、密钥、思考强度、轮数与超时统一在 ZotQuery 设置中管理。BGE 等向量模型与输出模型独立配置。
• 回答默认渲染 Markdown，支持标题、表格、列表、引用、代码块和安全来源链接；可切换源码编辑、复制或保存 .md。内部台账独立展示，不替代或混入回答。
• .md 输出模板由用户自行导入，全文作为格式参考传给模型；没有模板也可回答。发布包不附带私人模板。
• 证据台账保留父条目、所属分类目录、笔记和 PDF 页链接，以及原文上下文、审阅和精确事实记录。

隐私与兼容性

输出 API 密钥保存在 Zotero Login Manager，不写入普通偏好、源码或安装包。远程模型会接收本次研究工具返回的相关文献片段，使用前请确认服务的数据保留与计费政策。Markdown 渲染不会执行任意 HTML/脚本或自动加载远程图片。

分发只包含程序、通用格式配置、测试和文档，不包含 Zotero 文献库、笔记/PDF、用户模板、数据库、运行日志、账号凭据或个人目录。当前源码移除旧版附带的输出模板文档，提供构建前隐私扫描。历史提交和旧版附件不因本次更新自动消失。

升级保留同一扩展 ID、偏好和索引。问题或研究策略改变时建立新会话；核验未完成时只提供有明确限制的阶段性模型回答。模板不改变证据标准，检索数量不等于阅读数量。

安装与验证

从本 Release 附件下载 ZotQuery-3.1.8.xpi，通过 Zotero 插件管理器从文件安装。源码包与 SHA-256 校验表在同一发布页。

离线回归覆盖模型请求与凭据、模板导入、会话隔离、一键研究、原文定位、Markdown 格式和脚本隔离、源码编辑与正文导出；同时检查 JavaScript/XML、分发隐私、包与源码一致性。静态预览使用模拟数据。尚未在此发布流程中完成 Zotero 10 原生安装、真实 API 联机或全新 profile 验收，不能把离线通过等同于全部运行环境已验证。

README 及其现有图片按维护者要求保持不变；本页是本次功能与验收范围说明。

ZotQuery 3.0.14

Zotero 10 literature research with PDF and Note search, traceable evidence review, persistent Survey, and authenticated local MCP tools. ZotQuery keeps search hits separate from reviewed evidence and uses one active embedding model for both indexes.

Version 3.0.14 adds guarded reuse of PDF and Note vector indexes when moving between equivalent Ollama endpoints. Model identity, dimensions, preprocessing, and fixed embedding probes must match; incompatible endpoints keep separate caches, and a failed connection restores the previous selection.

Download ZotQuery-3.0.14.xpi from the assets below and install it through Zotero's Add-ons Manager. The refreshed 3.0.14 assets (2026-09-20) update the bundled documentation and Windows offline regression harness; runtime code is unchanged. Offline regression and archive-integrity checks passed. Existing 3.0.14 installations must manually reinstall the XPI to receive the refreshed package because the version number is unchanged.

ZotQuery 3.0.13 — private LAN embedding support (pre-release)

ZotQuery 3.0.13 pre-release candidate: supports OpenAI-compatible embedding servers on loopback or trusted private IPv4 LAN addresses (10/8, 172.16/12, 192.168/16). Public hosts, URL credentials, and HTTP redirects remain rejected.

Server-model IDs now include the endpoint origin, preventing same-named models on different hosts from silently sharing cached vectors. Switching server addresses requires indexing under the new model ID. The research MCP remains loopback-only and bearer-authenticated.

Offline regression and 12 JavaScript syntax checks passed. A LAN BGE-M3 endpoint was probed from the Zotero machine and returned a 1024-dimensional embedding. Live Zotero plugin acceptance and old-index migration are not yet verified. Do not treat this as a production release.

The currently installed 3.0.11 candidate uses the old ZotSeek extension ID; 3.0.13 uses the isolated ZotQuery ID and will not upgrade or migrate it in place. Back up the Zotero profile before changing installations.

ZotQuery 3.0.12 — isolated add-on identity (pre-release)

ZotQuery 3.0.12 pre-release candidate: separate extension ID zotquery@poesein.github.io, separate preferences, chrome resources, and PDF/Note/Research databases. Can coexist with ZotSeek without sharing writable state.

This is not an in-place upgrade of the old 3.0.11 candidate, which used the ZotSeek extension ID. Back up the Zotero profile first. Existing indexes and settings are preserved in their old locations and are not automatically migrated; reindex in the new plugin. Do not overwrite or delete old databases manually.

Offline regression and JavaScript syntax checks passed. Live Zotero 10 installation and coexistence acceptance tests are still pending; do not treat this as a production release.
