Zotero 10 literature research with PDF and Note search, traceable evidence review, persistent Survey, and authenticated local MCP tools. ZotQuery keeps search hits separate from reviewed evidence and uses one active embedding model for both indexes.
Version 3.0.14 adds guarded reuse of PDF and Note vector indexes when moving between equivalent Ollama endpoints. Model identity, dimensions, preprocessing, and fixed embedding probes must match; incompatible endpoints keep separate caches, and a failed connection restores the previous selection.
Download ZotQuery-3.0.14.xpi from the assets below and install it through Zotero's Add-ons Manager. The refreshed 3.0.14 assets (2026-09-20) update the bundled documentation and Windows offline regression harness; runtime code is unchanged. Offline regression and archive-integrity checks passed. Existing 3.0.14 installations must manually reinstall the XPI to receive the refreshed package because the version number is unchanged.
