What is new

  • M908 Impact: the eight LED modes of the official software (breathing, rainbow, steady, wave, alternating, reactive, blinking, off), with the LED speed in the same direction as the other models. The LED group at 0x446 is written before the LED on this model only.
  • App: on macOS the tray icon is now a monochrome template that follows the light or dark menu bar. The tray menu follows the app language.
  • CLI and MCP: led and mouse_set_led accept the new modes and refuse them on models that do not have them.

Models other than the M901-1 are still untested on a physical mouse. Back up before writing and report the result with the "I tested a model" issue template.
