Patch release: the only change since 0.3.0 is the Rust-side upgrade to wasmtime 48 / wit-bindgen 0.61 (#107), behavior-neutral for every runner path (all goldens byte-identical). The JS package's exports and behavior are unchanged; this commit is the release rev for cargo pins.
