Collections starting with lowercase letters should be alongside uppercase-starting collections

This completely threw me off for some time time and I had thought that Lazer wasn't properly importing my collections. Currently in Stable, collections are primarily sorted in alphabetical order from A to Z, regardless of capitalization.

However, in Lazer, capitalization is considered, which flings lowercase collections after uppercase Z. Not only does it not follow Stable behaviour, it's also not really intuitive in a general sense.

(On a smaller note, the ordering for special characters are completely different as well, but this I'm more tolerant to since there's not really a predefined intuitive order for them anyway.)

I think we probably want to fix this, but it's a bit high effort (realm doesn't support ignoring case natively, so we're going to have to take things into our own hands).
