• Windows (64-bit): unzip Barry-Simulator-Windows.zip anywhere and double-click Barry Simulator.exe.
• Linux: download the AppImage for your computer (x86_64 for most PCs, aarch64 for ARM), allow it to run as a program (in its file properties, or chmod +x), and double-click it.
• Mac: build it once with tools/sim/build-mac-app.sh.
