Our governance document is quite hidden right now. It comes up fine if you google "prometheus governance", but if you start at our prometheus.io landing page, you have to click on Community and then find the link to the governance document on that page. The overview confusingly states that we have joined the CNCF "to clarify the project's governance structure".
While the latter is easy to update, I think we should have a more prominent link to it, e.g. as an item in the Introduction section.
Since I'm not sure what the best place is, I have created this issue (rather than a pull request with suggested changes).
