A follow-up fix release. Pause cards read like cards again, form answers show as labelled cards instead of raw JSON, and a revoked phone loses its terminal and browser sockets on fleet members too. Paired phones on Windows survive concurrent registry writes. Plugin dependency installs work in uv sync environments that have no pip.

Upgrade notes

• langfuse is capped below 5 (#4391). Langfuse Python SDK v5 needs a Langfuse server at v4.59 or later; against a self-hosted v3 server its traces stop landing. A fresh pip install protoagent was already resolving 5.0.2. If you run Langfuse Cloud or a v4.59+ server and want SDK v5, install it explicitly; the cap lifts once the fleet's own server moves to v4.
• Terminal plugin v0.9.3 requires this core line (0.210.0+). It binds its ticket sockets to the minting device so revocation closes them (#4362).

Added

• Readable form-response cards (#4259). Answering an agent's request_user_input form shows a compact, labelled card with field titles, option labels, Yes/No for booleans and an em dash for skipped answers, instead of the raw JSON. The value sent to the agent is unchanged, and the card survives reload.

Fixed

• A revoked phone's sockets close on fleet members too (#4362). Terminal and browser tickets minted through the hub are bound to the device that minted them, so revocation or idle expiry closes both legs of the proxied socket.
• Paired phones on Windows survive a concurrent registry write (#4366 follow-up). A rename, rotate or revoke that collided with a phone's request failed with "Access is denied", and the request could be refused. Both sides now retry briefly.
• Plugin dependency installs work in a uv sync environment (#4263). Those environments have no pip, so every optional dependency was reported failed. Installs now go through uv pip install --python <this interpreter> when uv is on PATH; without it, the error says how to fix it.
• A plugin's pause card in an unrecognised shape reads as prose (careercoach#34). Its prompt becomes the question and its title the heading, instead of the dict's Python repr with literal \ns.
• No stray ** after a finished reply (#4268) whose code contained Markdown markers.
• Completion toasts stay clear of the rails (#4341) on desktop, tablet and phone.
• A delegation card's live narration reads as prose (#4266): no task boxes, code ticks or bold marks, and lines no longer run together.
• fetch_url says how much it cut (#4383): …[truncated: showing N of M chars — re-call with a larger max_chars to read the rest], so a capped page no longer looks like an empty one.

• terminal-plugin v0.9.3: device-bound ticket sockets (#4362).
