Wattle Notes 0.1.3 — developer alpha

Expandable notebooks now show compact pages underneath. Select a notebook before creating a page. Settings, history, trash, cloud connections and appearance are grouped under a collapsible Settings & tools area. Expansion preferences are remembered; search and tags work across notebooks. Existing Markdown files stay in place.

Includes fixes for page moves into collapsed notebooks and compact window layouts.

This project is mostly vibe coded with AI assistance, guided by the maintainer's ideas and feedback. Source is GPL-3.0-or-later.

Apple Silicon Mac developer alpha. The Mac app is unsigned by Apple and not notarized. Google sign-in is not preconfigured; live cloud service acceptance and Windows/Linux packaged testing remain outstanding. Start with a test folder and keep independent backups.

Existing 0.1.2 users can open Settings & tools → Settings → App updates (or Settings → App updates in 0.1.2), check for the update, then choose Install update and restart once the feed is activated. Users on 0.1.1 or earlier need one manual installation. Updater signatures are separate from Apple signing.

Assets include the Mac ZIP, matching source ZIP, signed updater payload and signature, alpha feed, checksums and alpha README. Historical releases remain available.
