office-export 0.2.0

Adds automatic local synchronization for the bundled agent skill and a read-only skill status command.

• Normally installed CLIs update an existing older, pristine managed skill in ~/.agents/skills/office-export.
• YAML metadata records the running CLI version and a normalized content hash. Legacy managed skills remain supported.
• Edited or unverifiable skills are preserved. Use uvx office-export skill install --force to replace recognized managed content. Install-time --force no longer overwrites unmanaged skills.
• Newer installed skills are never downgraded. Custom locations require explicit updates. Local source and editable builds skip automatic synchronization.
• Maintenance notices stay on stderr, preserving JSON stdout. Skill instructions continue to use uvx office-export.

This feature does not update the CLI or refresh uv caches. Skill updates apply to future loading and may not change instructions already loaded by a running agent.

Improves the bundled office-export skill with a one-command fast path for explicit exports. Capability checks, source inspection, and visual review now run only when the request or a structured failure requires them. The existing Office safety defaults remain unchanged.
