Theme and color system

• Theme is now driven by settings.hue and settings.saturation.
• Reworked theme styling to use semantic surface/text/accent tokens rather than scattered per-component color formulas.
• Improved contrast behavior for accent text by dynamically selecting black/white text for accent-filled controls.
• Preserved light/dark mode support with mode-specific token tuning.

Button and focus states

• Added clearer hover/active/focus state styling across controls and modal buttons.
