• Windows installers and executables identify themselves as cronstable
  in User Account Control (UAC) prompts, including installs through WinGet.
• Build Nix dependency overrides and Intel Mac recipe backports without
  their upstream test suites. No binary cache holds these builds, so every
  CI run repeated those suites, and their timing tests failed on the Intel
  Mac runner. Builds still check imports and smoke-test the installed CLI.
