1. Fixes RG28XX game scaling problems
2. Fixes RG34XXSP Bootlogo not working
3. Fixes RG28XX Bootlogo showing rotated orientation in the pak
4. Rebased on top of latest NextUI 6.13.2 release

Known Issues

1. PS1 games don't start
2. MD (Sega Megadrive/Genesis) games may experience slowdowns - to fix it, change the shader to sharp-bilinear-smooth.
