Create Network

Hype² will use Openvswitch to manage network creation.

By default, the network "briged" is created by the install script to connect to you main interface. But you will maybe need some network not connected to internet or dedicated network.

Go on network tab to create a new network using the [+Add network] button.

Then fill all the info :

  • Network name : name to identify your network (example: no_net)
  • Main interface name, IP and associated mask : Keep in mind that's this interface will be the network gateway.
  • DHCP : should be the same interface range with a start and a stop.
