- Added Freetype to all AppVeyor builds except Mingw
- Removed use of Python 3.4
- Updated Ghostscript to 9.27
- Changed Visual Studio 2008 to 2010, as Visual Studio 2008 reached end of support on April 10, 2018 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4043450/products-reaching-end-of-support-for-2018
