Sort data in timeline in alphabetical order except place CPython at top

Thanks, I think this does make it easier to quickly find a project in the timeline. I'll give it a while for other people to have a look. |

Sort data in timeline in alphabetical order except place CPython at top. Case insensitive sorting
(also set end-of-life for Python 3.4 and release for 3.7 to latest information, and updated info for my own music21 project)
