v0.11.0: support Blender 5.x

find_blender() now scans Blender 5.x install paths (newest first) ahead
of the 4.x ones. The worker picks the correct Eevee engine per version
(BLENDER_EEVEE_NEXT on 4.x, BLENDER_EEVEE on 5.x) and skips the removed
blend_method property on 4.3+/5.x.
