Torrent state "stoppedDL" appears to be missing in Wiki

I've been building a small Python project that uses the web API to interact with qBit and I took the full list of torrent states (from here) to validate the responses, but just now I got an error because the state stoppedDL is not in the list.

Not sure why it's missing, but in my case it turned up because I added a batch torrent last month and it finally finished downloading the metadata and then stopped, so I have time to check what I actually want from it instead of all of it.

Also considering that half the states exist in ...DL and ...UP, I assume there might be also stoppedUP?

Maybe because you're using newer qBittorrent version and unfortunately wiki is outdated.

Whenever someone gets time to update wiki should look at these:

• Indicate that 'resume' has been renamed to 'start' in API docs wiki#26
• Rename some fields still named "paused" despite being changed in code wiki#29
• rename pausedUP/DL to stoppedUP/DL statuses WebUI-API-(qBittorrent-5.0).md wiki#38
