LGTM. Let's remove them now and we'll add back the excised parts later, if applicable. You need to remove them from the I've already checked and I don't think there are any other links pointing to these pages that need to be removed. |

Closes quantumlib#5521. Closes quantumlib#5463. @augustehirth Can we open new PRs for anything we want to salvage from these into the vendor packages and get these removed ?
