Please add croatoan

croatoan is a new set of bindings to the ncurses terminal library.

Its main goal is to make text UI handling less cryptical by providing a new, more readable, lispy and CLOSy API on top of ncurses.

Now it fails on %WINSCH. Can you please try quickloading with :verbose t after each fix?

There indeed were several warnings when quickloaded with :verbose t. Thanks for pointing out that option exists.

Several STYLE-WARNINGs with non-obvious ways to fix remain though, but they do not lead to a SBCL/quickload build failure on my machine. If they do on your build system, please give me a notice.
