Here you can customize the look of QUIK, by:
- Adjusting the theme
- Customizing night mode
- Changing the font size
- Randomizing contact colors
Additionally, you can enable the Show the Speech to Text button, which adds a floating button to the conversation list for launching an external Speech-to-Text service, allowing hands-free message composition.
First up we have the notifications setting. Here you can change:
- Information shown on contact, such as name, or name and content.
- Whether or not the notification should wake the screen.
- Whether or not messages from unknown senders, should trigger a notification.
- Actions you can take from the notification including:
- Archive
- Delete
- Block
- Call
- Mark Read
- Reply
- Speak (Read the incoming message through Text to Speech)
- There is also the option to enable QK Reply, which when enabled, provides a pop-up on the screen, whenever a message is recieved. From here you can immediately reply.
- Delayed Sending: Configure a delay before sending messages.

Swipe Actions: Configre the actions on swiping a conversation in the converstation list. Actions include:
- Archive
- Delete
- Block
- Call
- Mark Read
- Mark Unread
- Speak
- Delivery Confirmations: Confirm that messages were sent successfully.
- Show unread at the top: Show unread conversations at the top of the conversations list.
- Signature: Add a signature to all messages.
- Strip Accents: Remove accents from characters in outgoing SMS messages.
- Mobile Numbers Only: When composing a message, only show mobile numbers.
- Delete old messages automatically: Configure QUIK to delete messages after a certain number of days.
- Send long messages as MMS: If your longer text messages are failing to send, QUIK can send them as MMS messages. Additional carrier charges may apply.
- Auto-compress MMS image attachments: Configure how images are sent. Usually Automatic is the best, choice but it can cause problems with outgoing images/GIFs/videos being low resolution.
- Link handling in messages: Configure how links should be handled. Options include making all links dead, asking before opening, and opening when tapped.
