Readable device details and Bluetooth battery levels make the compact hardware
inspector more useful in everyday use.
- Click a device or port for full details and its reliably resolved connection
path. Command-C copies details, Command-R refreshes, Escape returns. - Bluetooth battery levels appear when macOS provides them or the standard BLE
Battery Service is available on an already connected, exactly identified
device. Verified with Logi M650 L; unavailable values are omitted. - Short USB labels keep generation names in details. Thunderbolt 5 distinguishes
80 Gbps bidirectional capacity from 120 Gbps Bandwidth Boost; negotiated link
rates are explicitly distinguished from file-transfer measurements. - Ethernet link changes update independently of USB discovery. USB detail
copies include negotiated speed, and stale notices include their timestamp. - Device rows, decorative icons and expansion state have clearer accessibility
semantics. All seven existing languages include the new text.
Universal (arm64, x86_64), macOS 13+. No telemetry or internet client.
Battery reads use existing Bluetooth authorization, no scanning or pairing,
and a five-minute cadence with expiring in-memory samples.
Validation: 99 local tests, static analysis and Universal build passed.
Apple Silicon hardware testing was confirmed by the maintainer. Hardware
follow-up, 2026-09-05: the maintainer also confirmed successful physical Intel
and MacBook tests. This completes the Intel acceptance deferred at publication.
Automated Intel CI is separate from physical acceptance. A fresh clean-Mac
installation and additional Bluetooth models have not been newly validated.
License: GPL-3.0-or-later from this release onward. Earlier published MIT
releases remain unchanged; the original MIT notice is in LICENSE.upstream.
App and DMG include LICENSE, LICENSE.upstream, NOTICE and SOURCE.md.

Thunderbolt 5
unterscheidet 80 Gbit/s bidirektionale Kapazität und 120 Gbit/s Bandwidth Boost;
die Erklärung trennt Linkrate und gemessene Dateiübertragung. - Ethernet-Linkwechsel aktualisieren sich unabhängig von der USB-Erkennung.
USB-Detailkopien enthalten die Geschwindigkeit; veraltete Daten ihren Zeitstempel. - Verbesserte Bedienungshilfen für Gerätezeilen, Symbole und Gruppen sowie
neue Texte in allen sieben bestehenden Sprachen.
Universal (arm64, x86_64), macOS 13+. Keine Telemetrie oder Internetabfragen.
Akkudaten nutzen vorhandene Bluetooth-Freigaben, ohne Suche oder Kopplung;
