Manipulate Extron IP Link driver packages

I wrote a simple tool to extract and compress Extron IP Link .pkn and .pke packages. You can find it here: https://github.com/rapperskull/extron-pkg

Note

There is currently no special treatment for .str files in the package. You must handle their compression separately.
